Over 1,400 personalized pencils were donated along with fun, flexible and funky toys, notebooks and whistles which were distributed that day. Our own staff chimed in with gift cards, mp3 players, footballs and basketballs as well to help make this event a success for the deserving K-5 students at Kishwaukee. Working with our suppliers Bic Graphic, Sweda USA, Aakron Rule and Points of Light, dream ink was able to make several worthwhile contributions to Kishwaukee Elementary School’s 2010 Fun Fair in Rockford, Illinois. Every year we help Dupage County Senior Services find functional, affordable, and easy to operate promotional products for their clients. In the past we have created custom imprinted umbrellas, imprinted memo clip magnets and multi-function rechargeable LED night light/flashlights (pictured). These products reinforced the message from Senior Services that “we are here for you”. The goal was to find promotional products for seniors that were useful to everyone. Our work with the Dupage County Senior Services department to find the perfect product is one we take very seriously; even the dream team will get old one day!
dream ink was interviewed for Advantages Magazine “Fabulous Fundraisers” article in the June 2010 issue for our work with the non-profit organization Filter Pure. We have worked with Filter Pure to create a quality brand image to procure donors in their mission providing long-life filters to those without access to clean water. This included logo design services and general marketing materials for the non-profit.

Advertising Specialty Institute 1st Place National Winner
Congratulations to Jason McSweeney, President of dream ink, who was awarded 1st Place in the 2009 National Commercial Ad Writing Competition held by the Advertising Specialty Institute. His entry was chosen among thousands of national submissions in February 2009. The competition included writing copy for custom products and promotions advertisements.
Congratulations to Jason McSweeney, President of dream ink, awarded 1st place in WCKG Radio’s Commercial Writing competition. The challenge was to write a sixty-second radio commercial selling a co-worker as the best man for the job. The winner received two airline tickets to anywhere in the continental U.S. Jason spent New Years Eve on Rodeo Drive dreaming of more ways to win vacations with his words.
