Paladin Consulting hired dream ink to create a professional brand image for their start-up. Starting with an iconic chess piece that had a special significance to the owner, we designed a logo using a heavy black outline of the piece. The oversized image rested between the company name and became the signature image for Paladin’s marketing materials. 3D motion lenticular card printing was a perfect fit for the largest private investigations firm in the United States to use in their promotions. Factual Photo, Inc. was looking for a unique and memorable print piece that would build awareness of recently expanded investigations services. We suggested using 3D motion lenticular technology to create the illusion the investigator’s camera lens was following the viewer as they turned the card. The 6×9″ size and 22pt. thickness really gave the piece a high-quality feel and provided another level of engagement from the receiver. The backside was printed in full color on a glossy stock, promoting their services, website and required licensing information. This print and fulfillment project went international. Not only were these Hope 4 Haiti bandanas used for incentivizing donors to contribute, they were given out in Haiti by Filter Pure workers! Our goal was to increase donations with the incentive and enhance visibility of the brand with a fashionable custom product the receiver would wear. The custom bandana would communicate a high-perceived value and start conversations about the cause and their donation.
The first step was analyzing postal rates, weights and envelope sizes that would allow for the most cost-efficient mailing of the custom bandana. After the cost and mailing specifics had been determined, the dream team competitively bid the custom bandanas with several pre-qualified ASI suppliers. We looked for the highest quality material with the largest imprint area and best volume pricing. We decided on a 22×22″ white cotton bandana with reflex blue imprint. The customer requested a very simple design as the organization was multi-lingual and operated in several countries. They needed to be easy to read no matter where in the world you stood!
We selected durable brown kraft envelopes that would be highly visible in your stack of junk mail. Our kitting and fulfillment team went to work folding and inserting the bandanas, along with a thank you/business card. After the initial mailing we stored the balance and completed the print and fulfillment project on a monthly basis.

The goal was to spruce up their current direct mail campaigns with more engaging and humorous advertising pieces that would increase response rates. These reminder cards were mailed on an annual basis to over 20,000 clients. Our dream team of direct mail experts worked from concept to completion on creating a full color postcard that would really catch someones attention. We wanted them to stick out above other mail so we picked a larger size and thick, glossy paper stock. After printing on full color Ryobi press and cutting down to 9.25″ x 6.25″, we used an inkjet to address and prepare for speedy processing.
